Second Rotation Guarantee:
Second Rotation wants to ensure you have the best experience possible with us, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we accept returns in accordance with the following policy:

Returns must be received within 14 days from the date you originally received the item;
Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum fee of $15.00)
To initiate a return, contact us through "Ask seller a question" for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#);
Include your RMA# - as well as reason for return on the form at the bottom of this page;
To prevent fraudulent returns, we also ask that you include the serial number of the item you are returning;
Please securely package the item and include this page with the shipment;

PAYMENT

Payment is due within three (3) day of the auction's end. The winning bidder will receive an email immediately following the close of the auction, providing a link to our secure, online checkout system. 

We use a secure checkout system provided by Channel Advisor to process all orders. If you encounter any issues completing your purchase using our checkout system, please contact us for assistance.

Payment Methods: We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, America Express, and Discover.

All payments must be completed using our checkout system.

Sales Tax: Sales Tax will apply to all items shipped to Massachusetts (5.0%) which is required by law.

If, within three (3) calendar days of the end of the auction, you do not make payment, your item(s) will be forfeited and relisted, and we will file an unpaid item dispute with eBay.

SHIPPING

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. We typically ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.

We ship ONLY to PayPal CONFIRMED and credit card BILLING addresses.

We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.

Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping rates for mutiple items. To qualify for our combined shipping discount, all items must be paid on a combined invoice and shipped in the same package. You will be invoiced the full shipping cost on the most expensive shipping rate and charged an additional fee for each item based on the type of item. Please, contact us at customercare@secondrotation.com to determine your combined shipping costs. 

Shipping Damages: Second Rotation is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will contact UPS on your behalf to file a damage claim. Items damaged in shipping must be confirmed by the shipping carrier. Hold the item, original packaging and contact us immediately at customercare@secondrotation.com

You will be refunded only after the claim has been approved and paid by the shipping carrier.

All of our merchandise is in sold AS-IS condition & without warranty unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to cancel bids during an auction from bidders with negative or limited feedback or a history of bid retractions. We also reserve the right to block non-paying bidders or bidders with negative feedback related issues.
