We do require an RMA Form to help with Warranty issues. We do not offer refunds, if your item does have an issue, we will gladly exchange it for an identical item after receiving your unit back and after the unit has been tested.

Q: When is payment due/expected?
A: Payment is due within 7 days of auction end.  If payment is not received within 7 days, we will file a dispute with eBay. 

Q: When will my item ship? 
A: We ship all items within 24 hours of receiving payment.  If your payment is received on Friday or Saturday, your package will ship on Monday.

Q: Has my item been shipped?
A: If you have paid via Paypal, you will receive an automatic email from Paypal when your item has been shipped.  It will include all of your tracking information.  We also send emails to the email address you have on file with eBay when you have won an item, when we have received payment, and when the item ships.

Q: When will I receive my package?
A: All of our packages are shipped USPS GROUND estimates delivery time as 1-7 days from shipment date.

Q: I did not bid on this item.  Can we mutually agree to cancel the transaction?
A: No. We no longer facilitate fraudulent activity of your account.  If your account has had someone bid without your authorization, you will need to contact ebay. We do file Non-Paying Bidder disputes and will place strikes on your account if you do not pay for your items.
