Return Policy and Conditions
This product is covered by our 60-day warranty which begins the day of purchase. We encourage our customers to purchase a One (1) year Extended Warranty from SquareTrade.com. The SquareTrade CarePlan Warranty coverage begins following our 60-Day warranty period.

In the event that you encounter problems with the product within the 60-Day period, you may contact us for a Product Replacement. We will email instructions for Product Return and Replacement.
Damaged Product returns are only for Products purchased from iPod Warehouse and shipped via iPod Warehouse's carrier of choice that are damaged in transit from iPod Warehouse to customer. Customer shall refuse any Product delivered in damaged condition. If the Product is received in damaged condition, Customer shall notify iPod Warehouse via Ask Seller a Question button above and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within two (2) business days of receipt of such Product. Failure to notify iPod Warehouse and request an RMA number within such time shall deemed an acceptance of the Product as of the date of shipment.
iPod Warehouse's return policy will NOT be honored in the event that a shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered, or physically damaged.
There are no other returns allowed and all sales are final. Any products returned without and RMA# will be refused.
A RMA# must be obtained for each package and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the issuance of the RMA# at which time the RMA# expires. RMA numbers are non-renewable. Please navigate to Ask Seller a Question button to request your RMA#.
We reserve the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA# to the customer.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact (if applicable). All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included. iPod Warehouse inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.
Returns processing may take from Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) business days from the time we receive your return.
Return shipping and insurance is the customer's responsibility. No shipping charges are refundable. |
