PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A SPRINT / NEXTEL, VERIZON, ALLTEL or ANY OTHER CDMA CARRIER Cell PHONE!!! Every phone that we get in we call on and check its respective ESN number. We cannot guarantee any CDMA ESN number to be clear because every time we call CDMA carriers we are given a different story. They will say an ESN is absolutely clear but sometimes the exact opposite will occur. Typically everything turns out fine but there are exceptions and it does happen. Please call your CDMA Carrier and request to speak to Technical Support or Activation Assistance before bidding to be sure that the phone can in fact be activated on your account. If there are any issues with the ESN number we will do our best to clear it up. When we say we will do our best, we mean we will make the best attempt to contact the past owner and work with your CDMA Carrier to clear up the problem, no guarantees. Please verify with your carrier before purchasing. Any seller you buy a CDMA phone from will have the same issues; we are just putting out this disclaimer because it happens frequently. CDMA phones are sold AS IS, meaning, NO returns unless there is a defect or misrepresentation in the listing other than the ESN number.
